A Special Message for Spiritual Directors/Companions

Our journey of loss and pain is made easier with the presence of one who genuinely cares,
listens deeply, and holds space for healing to happen.

Dear Spiritual Friend,

As I enter my 23rd year serving others as a spiritual director, I find myself ever-so-grateful to have received additional training to companion people through grief and loss. Living in such challenging times, with grief and loss widespread, grief companionship is a profound expression of activism. And Love. Listening is an act of Love.

Grief companion training has transformed my private practice of spiritual direction, taking it to new heights of  service. I've been able to expand my offerings and serve more individuals in meaningful ways.

If you are a spiritual director/companion and are drawn to walking alongside others in grief, I welcome you to this community of care. I'm happy to talk with you about what's involved and answer any questions you might have.

In the meantime, I've created these two helpful resources for you.

Blessings upon you and your good work,
Jan Lundy
